A second time to the beach!

 

This time is with the school guys. We walk along the famous 3rd Street Promenade, from dusk till the nite. Nite in 3rd Street is special, for its sparkling lights and melodic atomsphere. Street shows are great, soooo pity that we cannot stay there for long.

A little awareness of my probable lateness for necessary school registration process has been disturbing me all friday long.

 

..Until my will-be roommate Wong picked me up for a tour to Chinatown.

 

It is WEEKEND! Let go the registration for nextweek!

 

Not as I thought it would be, Chinatown in LA is not crowded nor noisy, buildings are flat, no paddlers, no traditional clothes, but u can get everything u found in a Chinese town. Chinese stuff, Chinese food, and Chineses with Chinese tone. We had a delicious dinner in a Zhejiang style restaurant, and I got a box of instant-noodles and two packs of Zha.Cai, which will save me from those strange taste food. Cool!

 

On Sunday, my big brother Ma came and offered me a ride to the LA downtown. In a small restaurant surrounded by giant shiny buildings, he treated me a nice dish of Japan curry. Then we went for a walk in the 3rd street near the beach. It was such a colorful street, and for some moment I was thinking that I was in LA just for holidays but not study. Life in LA is beautiful, despite of any possible difficulties I could encounter, I still believe that i would one day have a car full of friends,  driving all the way to the beach, enjoying a shiny and colorful weekend.

 

So just fight on, as sung in the song of the Trojans.

"So what is the meaning of burning ashes?"

 

It took me 5 secs to realize that he was looking at my randomly picked shirt.

"....Well,...." my words slipped out without a meaning.

"Could it be a music group? Never heard of it before." The black guy at the cashier spoke to himself.

 

I stepped out of Superior the mart, with gallons of liquid. I've been out of water for quite a long time since US has change its security level to orange and all liquid are not allowed on board. This time I planed to get refilled. Everything seemed fine before I found myself lost in houses and paths.....It was sunny, and I was burny, with gallons of water in hand.

 

It was an unforgettable noon.

 

几经周折终于到达：）

历时一个半月的学车生活结束了……成果是一个在出国前见不到的本子，代价是同样历时一个半月的国内最后的学生假期……唉

 

当然副产品是获得一定的操纵四轮机动车的能力……还有被碳化的皮肤……唉

 

总之还是挺有意义的一件事，上面不过是牢骚：）虽说考试都是一次通过，不过想要不成为马路杀手，估计还需要一定的经验才可以-_-b
